An accomplished marketer with over 20 years of experience in packaged goods, retail, and foodservice, Ummat has a proven track record of delivering significant top line results and driving brand growth. Driven by innovation (product, process and new channels), complex projects and non-traditional thinking, Alok's personal motto is to look for 30% vs. 3% growth – that's what makes you think differently, and achieve results. Ummat is currently director of marketing for Ricola overseeing the Canadian, UK, and Latin American markets. Previous to this, he worked at companies such as Tim Horton's, Parmalat, Unilever and Sobeys.
