Jonathan Gendreau has more than 20 years of experience in digital transformation at several Canadian retailers. In 2011, he led the implementation of St-Hubert's omnichannel strategy. After holding various positions, he was promoted to marketing director and was responsible for all marketing activities at Rôtisseries St-Hubert. He then joined the BMR Group team in 2017 as VP of marketing and digital strategy to ensure the development and implementation of the company's digital plan. 

Gendreau joined retailer Metro in 2021 and currently holds the position of VP, eCommerce and digital strategy. He oversees the online outreach of the Metro, Jean Coutu, Super C, Food Basics, Adonis, Première Moisson and Brunet banners. In 2018, the CQCD awarded him the Digital Shift of the Year award. In 2019, he was named a Marketing Visionary by Deloitte and Infopresse, which highlights the careers of marketing executives who stand out for their achievements, leadership and participation in transforming their organization's digital strategy.
