De'ana is responsible for the strategic direction of IKEA Canada's two loyalty programs: IKEA Family (designed for those shopping for their home) and IKEA Business Network (designed for those shopping for their business). Both programs are free to join and offer unique benefits to enable an even more affordable, convenient and personalized IKEA shopping experience. De'ana is an accomplished loyalty marketer who brings more than a decade of experience working on strategy, design and member engagement initiatives for both B2C and B2B loyalty programs to IKEA Canada’s marketing team.
